Half-way through the month is a weird time for this post but still...Hello, December. We've really been having fun with you.
There's been a ballet recital that brought me to tears. Tree lightings and parades. Cheesy holiday movies and watching Shrek the Halls as a family. We've hung the stockings and trimmed the tree. Christmas shopping is almost over and I've eaten more cookies than I'll admit to.
Am looking forward to...
Our Christmas Eve tradition. Homemade spaghetti and a drive to see holiday lights complete with popcorn and hot chocolate.
A Christmas Story.
Stuffing the stockings.
More baking!
Slowing down.
Hand wrapping presents.
More cheesy holiday movies.
Celebrating a 4th birthday.
Finishing this book series.
Christmas morning.
New Years Eve.
Let's love it, xo.

Your Christmas Eve sounds so nice and relaxing! And I'm right there with you on looking forward to slowing down a bit! I feel like I've been going nonstop these past couple weeks!
ReplyDeleteThank you!! Our tradition started a few years ago when we learned on Christmas Eve that I'd be induced the day after Christmas and we were expecting to feed my husbands big family that day so I threw together a large pot of spaghetti and meatballs for everyone as a "last dinner" of sorts and now it's kind of stuck ;)
