This is the first meal plan I've pulled together since mid-January. It's gotten a little crazy around here. So, it feels good to have a stocked fridge and a plan to work from.
monday // grilled chicken & potatoes au gratin
tuesday // chicken tacos
wednesday // blts
thursday // greek chicken pasta salad (with this marinade for the chicken)
friday // pizza
