This is the first meal plan I've created since early March. To say this pregnancy has not been the easiest would be a little understated. But, I took advantage of feeling like I could tackle it this week and did a grocery haul. So, here's to a week of not wondering whats for dinner every day at 4 o'clock!
monday // grilled chicken with a lemon parm chopped salad (simple kit I grabbed at the store!)
tuesday // a fend for yourself night. i'm going out for book club so, Manny is tackling dinner for the kids.
wednesday // burgers on the Blackstone w/corn on the cob
thursday // chicken tostadas
friday // chicken & potato stirfry
