We popped into a local Oktoberfest last weekend. Originally, we were going to stay home and paint N's room. Let's just say the idea of brats won over M's heart and the room is still unpainted! :)

I've read those stories on how different a second child is from the first. And I convinced myself that we tried for so long to get pregnant with Nico that there was no way this pregnancy wouldn't always be in the front of my mind. Ha ha!

But back to last Sunday. The weather was perfect and we were more than happy to pull out the long sleeves and boots for the day. We walked the waterfront, checking out different art vendors and stopping to let L play in the sandbox. A trip to Savannah isn't complete without a stop at our favorite candy shop for treats and pralines. But, I'm pretty sure L's favorite part of the day was watching a few people ride the mechanical bull. She laughed hysterically every time someone fell off!

I was exhausted by the time we made it back home, but it was great!
